Happy 4th of July

July 5 2017

Hey! Happy 4th from Mill Ave.
just kidding Mill Ave, the 4th, and Missionaries don't mix
Another good 2 weeks
I didn't get the email typed up in time last week so this will be for the past 2 weeks.

It hit 120 this past week!
We had some good studies with some members. We went to a member that is deaf and a Return missionary. He had us practice teaching him while he acted as different levels of investigators and their understanding. It was super cool to see how someone could act that well. It ranged from someone with absolutely no language at all or Sign language so basically pure acting to someone who only knew LSM and all the way up. It was tuff and good practice for us all.

We have had some good lessons this week. Took out some members to come teach. One girl we teach our relief society president came too and we taught the gospel of Jesus Christ. She understood it so well and seems so happy now. It's cool to see how the things the Savior teachings will change people's lives. Something that I've really come to enjoy since I've served my mission.

Another thing I love is helping people out by service. Everywhere we go we are constantly finding people in need of help and we love doing it. We met a man who we helped him bring in all his groceries to his apartment. He had a wonderful testimony of Jesus Christ and we set up a return appointment for some english missionaries to go back.

Also we had zone conference I learned slot about using he Book of Mormon and also we are back to the Interpreting days. Elder Glenn doesn't wear his hearing aids anymore so we interpret for him everywhere we go.

Yesterday my brother took off to head to the Guatemala mtc to eventually go serve in El Salvador San Salvador west mission. He will be a great missionary.

Anyways! All is well.
Hope you all have a good week!

Love
