Spanish and ASL meet

June 12 2017

One of the many great thingsI love about serving in Arizona is the people. There are so many great people that we meet everyday who are great examples to me on how to live my life and be a Missionary.

For some reason people seem to move in Arizona more during the summer than the rest of the year. So we helped out with several moves this week. Which I add I very much enjoy doing. We had some car troubles again this week but it is all fixed again so we are back on our feet.
A member took us out the other day. A guy who is fluent in many languages! Cantonese, Spanish, English, and more! So we took him with us to a lesson and he rocked it. He is a return missionary so he knew what to do and how to teach. We were teaching a Spanish family with a deaf kid. The member did great helping to interpret for the mom who only knew Spanish. This week the kids all promised to come to our ASL class to learn some sign language so they can better communicate with their brother. Taking out members with us is always a favorite of mine because we get the change to learn about who they are and positive experiences they had during their lives that Enlighten us. Also we helped out with some service with a member down in queen creek. And later we went back down there to have lesson with him. This past week we also went to our ASL branch YSA FHE group activity. They played frisbee golf at a park and it was a lot of fun.

Hey! I know the Atonement is real! It just starts with a desire to want to feel it and you will! I love our Savior.

Love you all!
